I have flown from Saigon to Singapore countless times, but my December flight was the first time I have seen Tigerair in my online searches. I chose them for the cheap ticket price but was happy to enjoy a flight that was short, on time and surprisingly comfortable. I usually struggle with legroom on low-cost airlines, but when an exit row seat was open, the flight attendant asked me if I’d like to take it first. I was blown away by the level of customer service for such a cheap ticket price.

Tigerair’s ticket prices are tough to beat, and the service on my flight from Hanoi to Bangkok was good too. I didn’t have to wait in line to check-in, we boarded on time and we landed in Bangkok ahead of schedule. It’s a budget airline, so you don’t receive a free snack or meal during the flight, but they do have food available to purchase. My flight was about two hours long, so I pre-ordered the meal with my ticket and was served shortly after we took flight. I enjoyed my flight and will definitely choose Tigerair again.
