Should I confirm the payment I’ve just made? How?

In case you are making a payment via ATM or bank transfer, we encourage you to confirm it. In order to do this you may contact our Customer Care team at (+62) 81 22444 0000 or send email at [email protected] with your booking code as a title.

In case you made a payment by using e-payment or credit card option, you don’t need to confirm it.
