Outside of the city, the buses pick up passengers in Bekasi, Depok, Purwakarta, Serang and numerous other locations. The buses operate from 2 a.m. to 7 p.m., every day, and fares range from 40,000 Rp to 65,000 Rp per person. These buses can be found at special Damri bus shelters located throughout the city and its nearby areas.

2. Taxi

Taxis are the most popular form of public transportation used to access the airport from downtown Jakarta. Travelers can choose from regular taxis, executive taxis or online taxis for transportation to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The rate is determined by the distance from your location to the airport, and most taxis in Jakarta are equipped with meters. The usual price for transportation from downtown Jakarta to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is 200,000 Rp one-way.

3. Bus
