Introducing Google Street View in Indonesia

On Thursday, Google has introduced a Street View for Indonesia. For now, internet users can go for a virtual walk around 4 major Indonesian cities: Jakarta, Bogor, Surabaya and Denpasar. However, Google plans to expand their services to other archipelago cities.

For those who are not yet familiar with this Google Maps feature, Google Street View is a technology that lets you virtually journey through streets around the world. It was launched on May 25, 2007 in several cities in the United States, and has since expanded to urban and rural areas worldwide.
