How To Check-In?
Online check-in is not required by Citilink. However, checking-in online will help you avoid long check-in lines at the airport. If you do not wish to check-in online, arrive at the airport early to present your ticket and identification to the Citilink representative at the check-in counter.
Citilink Airport Check-in
Citilink encourages passengers to check-in at the airport roughly 1 hour before departure for domestic flights and 2 hours before departure for international flights. The earlier you arrive at the airport, the more quickly you will move through the check-in process and be ready to board your Citilink flight.
Citilink Web Check-in (Online / Internet)
Citilink offers online check-in as an alternative to checking-in at the airport on the day of departure. The online check-in process eliminates the need to stand in a long check-in line when you arrive at the airport on the day of departure. Online check-in for Citilink flights can be performed as early as 24 hours before departure and as late as 4 hours before departure.
Citilink Mobile Check-in
Check-in for your Citilink flight on your smartphone to choose your preferred in-flight seat before departure. The smartphone check-in capability is available as early as 24 hours before your flight’s departure and as late as 2 hours before departure.
Citilink Check-in Time
There are a number of procedures that you will have to undergo at the airport before departing on your Citilink flight. Arrive early for your flight to complete the check-in process, check your luggage, pass through security check systems and await the boarding process. When you allow yourself more time at the airport before your flight, you enjoy a less rushed and more stress-free flying experience.
The Citilink check-in counters will open 2 hours before the scheduled time of departure. You must check-in at least 30 minutes before your flight’s departure time. Keep in mind that check-in times may vary between airports and Citilink flights.

The boarding pass features a barcode that contains your seat number, flight time and time of departure. When checking in online, you will receive an e-boarding pass that will be sent directly to your email. This boarding pass can be printed and presented to the airport officials. The online check-in process and e-boarding pass allow you to check your luggage and choose a seat assignment before you arrive at the airport. If you do not wish to check-in online, you’ll receive your boarding pass from the Citilink agent when you check-in at the airport.
