1. Find Flights

Our website provides a flight search engine that is remarkably easy to use. Simply fill in your destination, departure date and the number of passengers in your group, and we’ll locate the cheapest airfare with the best flight schedule.

2. Purchase Online

After finding your ideal Citilink flight, it’s time to fill in your passenger details. Our  team will process the data for 1 to 2 minutes, then you’ll receive an email containing your booking confirmation and payment details. We accept three types of payment - credit card, electronic payment (Clickpay, CIMB Click, etc.), and bank transfer.

3. Receive e-Ticket

Once your payment is complete, our team will send you all of the information you need, including your e-ticket. The e-ticket does not need to be printed. It can be shown on your smartphone to the Citilink representative as an official ticket.

4. Show e-Ticket on Airport 

Simply display your e-ticket on your smartphone, laptop, or tablet at your departure airport, and it will be processed from its e-ticket form into a boarding pass. Now it’s time to fly!

Booking Online

Before your flight, be sure to have your identity cards (ID card, driver’s license, and/or passport) and your flight itinerary prepared. After receiving confirmation of payment, you’ll be sent an e-ticket, which you can present with your identification to the Citilink representative at the airport.

Booking FAQ

What is the booking code?

The booking code is a unique combination of 4-5 characters, consisting of letters and numbers. The booking code will always appear on the screen of your computer, smartphone, or tablet during the ticket ordering process. The booking code will also be used when we confirm your reservation via email or sms.

Do I need to reconfirm my flight?

There is no need for flight reconfirmation when booking with Tiket2. Airlines no longer require the confirmation of your presence, as they expect you to arrive at the airport on the correct day and time for your flight. Always fly according to your itinerary and check your flight status on the airline’s website the day of your departure. Always verify your flight number and departure date to ensure you’re collecting the correct information. Keep in mind that you can always call the airline directly to check a flight status as well.

Can I have a window seat?

Seat selection, such as choosing a window seat, is not available during the booking process. However, you may ask for your desired seat, such as a window or aisle seat, when checking-in at the airport. If the seat you prefer is still available, the airline will typically grant your request. Arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to the departure time shown on your e-ticket for a better chance of receiving your preferred seat.

How To Check My Booking Status?

We will always send confirmation emails in each stage of the booking process, so you will not need to check on the status of your order. The final email from us will contain your e-ticket. If you wish to contact us with questions about your booking, find the 4-5 character booking code in an email from Tiket2 and contact our Customer Care department at (+62) 81 22 444 0000. Do you accept group bookings?

Yes, we accept group bookings and can you help you with the group booking process. Citilink group booking regulations vary for different flights, but discounts are generally available when traveling with a group of 10 passengers or more. Citilink Regulations For Infants and Children

Children ages 2 and under are categorized as infants and should be in an adult’s lap during flight. Additionally, children between the ages of 2 and 12 are classified as children. For safety reasons, Citilink does not allow infants under the age of 3 weeks to fly unless a doctor’s certificate is provided and the parents sign a liability form. Citilink does not allow children under the age of 12 to fly alone. Children must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or older.

Child/Infant Baggage Allowance

Citilink does not provide free luggage service to infants. However, children are allowed the same baggage allowances as adults, which includes 20 kilograms of checked bagage and 7 kilograms of cabin luggage.

Child/Infant Ticket Fares 

Infant ticket fares are approximately 20-percent of the price of an adult fare. Children are charged the same airfare rates as adults.

Refund and cancelation


Ticket Changes / Refunds / Cancellations

Citilink is a low-cost carrier (LCC) or low-cost airline. This is unlike Citilink’s brother airline Garuda Indonesia, which uses a full-service format. Because of this, Citilink tickets have some limitations. Low-cost airlines reduce the cost of airfare without sacrificing customer safety or comfort. However, Citilink does provide some terms and conditions that limit ticket flexibility.


Citilink does not have a refund policy for its customers. The refund policy is a unilateral decision made by the Citilink airline. In some cases, refunds can occur, such as in the case of a flight cancellation made by Citilink.


When you purchase your Citilink ticket, you will not be compensated if you want to process a cancellation. If you do want to cancel your ticket, it is important to make sure you’re in accordance with the timetable indicated on the e-ticket. All losses incurred when cancelling a Citilink ticket will be your responsibility.

Name / Time Changes

Citilink will process a name change or change of departure time for an additional fee. A name change will cost between 300,000 and 500,000 IDR, and a change of departure times will cost 100,000 IDR per flight plus the difference in fares. For example, if you’re changing your departure time from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., and the ticket price is 100,000 IDR more than your previous flight, you’ll owe a total of 200,000 IDR.


Because Citilink only offers one class (economy) for all of its flights, there is no policy regarding upgrades of any form.

Citilink e-Ticket

After completing payment, you will receive a Citilink e-ticket via email. An e-ticket is an official document that can be used at check-in at the airport. The e-ticket does not need to be printed, as it can be showed to the airport officials on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

If you complete the booking and payment processes and do not receive an e-ticket, wait 15 minutes for the payment to process. If you still do not receive confirmation, please contact our Tiket2 Customer Care department at (+62) 81 22 444 0000.
