What is the booking code?

Once you’ve completed the booking process using our quick and easy online service, we’ll assign you a booking code. Each booking code is unique and includes a combination of 4-5 letters and numbers, such as HEJS or C6YH.

You can locate your booking code on the sidebar while booking, in our confirmation email, or via an SMS that we send. This code helps us locate your booking quickly if you have any questions about your reservation.


Do I need to reconfirm my flight?

You do not need to reconfirm your reservation with us or AirAsia before your flight. However, if you have any questions about your ticket, our Customer Care Service team is available 24 hours a day. Can I have a window seat?

Seat preferences such as the window seat are not available during the booking process. If the seat assign is not available during the online check-in, try to arrive early at the airport and ask for the window seat at the Air Asia check-in coutner - although it is always subject to availability

How To Check My Booking Status?

AirAsia Regulations For Infants and Children

AirAsia charges an additional fee to passengers carrying an infant between the ages of 9 days and 2 years. As long as the return flight is booked at the same time as the departing flight, the baby is still considered an infant if he or she turns 2 years old before the return flight. Passengers between the ages of 2 years and 12 years will be charged the cost of children's ticket.

 

Child/Infant Baggage Allowance


Your baby is not offered an additional luggage capacity, but you are able to register a baby stroller to be brought on board for free. On select flights, you can ask to be placed in a seat with a baby bed.

 

Child/Infant Ticket Fares 

You will be charged a fee for your infant when flying with AirAsia. Special tickets must also be purchased for children at the same price as adult tickets.

Refunds

AirAsia does not provide refunds for booked tickets. However, you are able to request a refund for the airport tax, and you are entitled to apply for a full refund if the airline is at fault for errors made. Cancellations

Air Asia does not accept booking cancellations after the booking process has been completed. We are unable to make name or time changes to completed AirAsia bookings. Upgrades

AirAsia passengers can request a class upgrade from the Low Fare class to the Premium Flex or Premium Flatbed classes. Once we receive your request, you’ll be asked to pay a ticket change fee as well as the upgrade price difference.
