What can I expect when flying with Smartavia?

You can expect a low-cost airline that offers cheap flights within Russia and to some international destinations but with low comfort and quality. You will have to pay extra fees for carry-on luggage that does not fit into a very small rack, seat selection, food and beverages, and other services. You will also have to deal with poor customer service, long queues and delays, and rude and unprofessional staff.
