What are the seating options?

As a passenger with Nok Air, you’re presented with three seating options:

  • Standard seats: These are the regular seats available on all Nok Air flights. They offer sufficient space for a comfortable short-haul journey.
  • Nok Happy seat: Nok Happy Seats are located in the front of the Economy cabin, and they offer slightly more legroom than standard Economy seats.
  • Nok Premium seat: Nok Premium Seats are located in the front of the Economy cabin, and they offer the most legroom of any seat on NOK Air flights. Nok Premium Seats also come with priority boarding and priority baggage handling.

Here is a list of Nok Air’s baggage allowance:

  • Carry-on baggage: One piece measuring 22 x 14 x 9 in (56 x 36 x 23 cm) and weighing up to 15 lb (7 kg).
  • Checked baggage: Varies from 33 lb/15 kg to 66 lb/30 kg depending on the class and membership.
  • Excess baggage: May be charged at a rate of $6.13 (THB 200) per kg for domestic routes and $9.19 (THB 300) per kg for international routes.

Please note that each luggage’s weight can not be over 30 kilograms.

Does Nok Air have Wi-Fi?

Yes, Nok Air offers in-flight Wi-Fi on select flights.

The Wi-Fi service is provided by Global Eagle Entertainment (GEE) and Thaicom Public Company Limited. Passengers can purchase a day pass for THB 300 (US$9), which gives them unlimited WiFi usage during the flight. The service is currently available on flights between Bangkok and Chiang Mai, Phuket, Krabi, and Hat Yai.
